Open a pull request and see only the files that need your attention. Lock files, snapshots, generated code and the like are marked viewed for you, so GitHub collapses them.
It reads the names of changed files, never their contents, and two config files: .github/review-ignore and .gitattributes. It keeps your GitHub token encrypted, plus the file names it marked until the pull request closes. Revoke the App on GitHub and all of it is deleted.
